1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns accepted only if you receive a wrong or damaged/leaked product.
- Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video & photos.
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging for replacement eligibility.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
- For COD, refunds will be via UPI/bank transfer after verification.
- Partial refunds will have adjusted shipping costs.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items bought during sale/combo/coupon offers.
- Customer dislikes fragrance, texture, or results (subjective).
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

- After verification, we will send a replacement or refund within 7 working days.
